Thank you for your purchase. Because Clinch sells intimate apparel/shapewear, we keep our return policy strict for hygiene and quality-control reasons.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after 14 days will not be approved.
All Returns Require Approval
Returns must be requested and approved before sending anything back. Unapproved returns may be refused and/or sent back at the customer’s expense. To request a return, email clinchshapewear@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you’re requesting to return, and the reason for return.
Return Conditions (Must Meet All)
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused; free of deodorant, makeup, perfume, lotion, stains, hair, or odors; returned with original tags attached; returned in original packaging (and any included inserts/accessories); and if applicable, the hygiene liner must be intact and attached. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund: any item marked Final Sale, Sale, or Clearance; gift cards; and any item returned showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or use.
Refunds
To minimize waste and abuse, approved returns are issued as store credit only. Store credit is issued after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. Store credit is issued to the email address used at checkout.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring the package is returned safely with tracking. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, you must email clinchshapewear@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and photos of the packaging and shipping label. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be approved.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback is filed after delivery confirmation, we will provide the carrier tracking and order details to the payment processor. Approved returns (if applicable) must follow the policy above.
