Shipping policy

Clinch ships orders using a secure, trackable shipping method. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Shipping Locations
Clinch ships only within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship internationally, to Alaska/Hawaii, U.S. territories, or to freight forwarders.
P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A valid street address is required for delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During promotions, launches, and high-volume periods, processing may take longer. Processing and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Carrier & Tracking
All orders ship via UPS using a trackable shipping service. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $150 (before taxes, after discounts). No code is needed—free shipping applies automatically at checkout. For orders $150 and under, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery time begins after your order has shipped. Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, and peak shipping seasons. Clinch is not responsible for carrier delays.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. We are unable to change, edit, or cancel orders once they are placed. This includes address changes. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or delivery failure, reshipping will require payment of a new shipping fee.
Delivered But Not Received / Lost or Stolen Packages
Once UPS marks a package as “Delivered,” it is considered delivered and fulfilled. Clinch is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or not received after being marked delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you do not have the package, you must contact UPS directly to request an investigation/claim using your tracking number.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email clinchshapewear@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label. Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be approved.
